Apple patch diet programThis diet is recommended to detox your organism. It is possible to lose between 4 and 7 kg a week.
First dayBreakfast: Apples.
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Second dayBreakfast: Apples.
Lunch: Lettuce with lemon or vinegar, cottage cheese, some salt, 2 liters of water during the day.
Third dayBreakfast: A slice of whole bread, a slice of ham and an apple
Lunch: A big lettuce with carrots and onions.
Fourth dayBreakfast: A slice of whole bread, a slice of ham and an apple.
Lunch: Steams vegetables salad (no potatoes), with tuna and lemon.
Dinner: Cereals and skimmed milk.
Fifth dayBreakfast: An apple, a fried egg, a slice of whole bread.
Lunch: A raw vegetables salad, meat baked in the oven.
